Dear friends, 

Allah'u'Abha!

  

May the blessings and glory of God be upon you all and all your loved ones in this clear Day of the visible birth of the Great Peace of our times. "Man schemes and God schemes and God is the best of schemers" (al-Anfal Q 8:20).

AS WE come into the fullness of this first Century of the Covenant (1921-2021), and this penultimate year of 2020, BEHOLD: an Act of God--The current COVID-19 Crisis, and the universal global lock-down and shut-in protocols of the Quarantine for all the people of the world--as 'Abdu'l-Baha spoke in 1912: "All nations will be forced into it."

The Quarantine has effectively stopped all the major wars in temporary cease fire. Palestinians and Israelis have gone home; Yemen signed a temporary truce to get aid and medical supplies, etc. This may be the first time that the world has experienced the closest thing to peace on earth! At least for the last 40 days. According to the New York Times, the majority of Americans say "No!" to returning back to the former "Beast" materialistic economy of the American driven so-called "Forever War." The people are tired of living the way they have been, out of balance, working endless jobs without breaks, living hand to mouth, pay check to pay check, and participating--through no other options--in destructive behaviors and destructive lifestyles dictated by the circumstances of an endless war economy based on greed, personal aggrandizement, a throw-away culture of instant gratifications, and planned obsolescence of inferior products, goods, and services.

This Act of God has in effect said: "STOP!" "Go home...cooperate with one another...clean up your act....change your ways....emerge to work together for a better world..." Together We can make this world not merely a better place, but a real garden paradise on earth for ourselves, our children, all creatures, and for all future generations. Obviously if we will work together, cooperate, as the Baha'is are able to do through our Covenant and Administration--as one soul in one body--this alone can remedy the situation--all of us real people--human beings--taking care of the real business at hand of life, and life abundantly! Through meeting, gathering, assembling, speaking out, and participating together under the Covenant, God guides us along the way every moment of every day, and all obstacles are overcome.

For the first time in many years the Holy Mountains of the Himalayas can be seen again from the low lands of India because the air pollution has cleared up in just over one month of God halting man's destructive activities, and in Beijing as well as in other places. The rivers have cleared up in the canals of Venice for the first time anyone can remember in their lives, and in other parts many animals are reported to be re-occupying areas now abandoned by the people. Traffic is down, crime is down, gas prices in America are abnormally low. The streets of Rome and New York City are vacated and empty (Rev. ch. 16-19). The threats of a coming oil war (Rev. 6:6) with the US and Russia are brewing at this very time with Saudi Arabia, Iran, Israel, Turkey, Syria, the Palestinians, and other Arab peoples in the midst.

This current universal Covid-19 crisis has opened a door of opportunity for universal human cooperation to NOW take place to make the earth a better place and better home for us all. We sent out a video message for Naw Ruz that can be found at the links to be given in our follow-up letter. That Naw Ruz 2020 message gets into the prophetical aspect of these things from the perspective of the Book of Revelation and HOPI Prophecy. Also to be sent out in follow-up to this guidance letter we have  3 documents of importance we recently received from the Hopi. These will be uploaded to the Internet and can be found in the link section in our follow-up letter. Also to uploaded the Council of the IBC/UHJ has re-issued The Indictment sent out during the April 29, 1980 worldwide media projection of Dr. Leland Jensen. The IBC/UHJ has reissued The Indictment in time for the 40th year anniversary: April 29, 1980-April 29, 2020 (Ez. 4:6 KJV).

As for other guidance:

The IBC/UHJ is at the present time establishing a solid communication network with all the friends throughout the world. A more efficient system of communication for the business affairs of the faith. On the one hand while we strengthen our gnostic connections with one another  through Baha'u'llah's Covenant of friendship, we are able to use the proper channels of the Covenant and Administration to communicate, resolve, and implement both spiritual and practical affairs more quickly and smoothly.

The secretary generals of the local, national, and international councils (as well as the isolated centers) are the communication hub of the Baha'i world. Baha'u'llah has stated that Our "mere act of...gathering together" (GL. xliii) is enough to "scatter the forces" of darkness.

Through the regular communication, assembly, and fellowship of all the friends everywhere--and including the office of the Secretariat--as well as holding 19 day feasts, online zoom meetings, and other regular assemblies of the Baha'is, our community generates a self-sustaining positive spiritual vortex that has a lasting effect on the world and our immediate spiritual and physical environment for the better (see World Order of Baha'u'llah, pp. 9 and 19 for more). This current crisis that began this Equinox 2020 parallels the Exodus of Moses event almost 4000 years ago. It begins on the Vernal Equinox with "the angel of death" (Ex. chps. 11, 12) passing over the entire world in the form of this crisis, only on a scale of "one day is equal to one year" (Num. 14:34; Ez. 4:6). The outer virus threat is also symbolic of the other invisible "virus" of a new covenant-breaking strain of poison that has been circulating through the population at this same time.

Passing the test is as easy as falling off a log, Dr. Jensen has said. Opposition only engenders loyalty in all the rest, states 'Abdu'l-Baha. Like the physical virus survival only boosts the immune system and strengthens the body as these tests come upon us. The people need to have ample time to make their adjustments to the new reality. The work to be done now is the inner temple work. As we turn toward the God of our own understanding, make our adjustments, and deepen in God, the spirit, and practical matters such as the need to plant Victory Gardens at this time, and prepare for what is to come next. If the Baha'is work together and cooperate, the prophecy states, these times of trouble shall be like passing though warm-milk for the believers. As we consolidate our own affairs, and perform our own inner temple work of the spirit for ourselves and our community this will set a tone and influence those around us to be able to trust more in God and turn to the Divine protection and Bounty in this day.

"Trustworthiness is the greatest portal leading unto the tranquility and security of the people. In truth the stability of every affair hath depended and doth depend upon it. All the domains of power, of grandeur and of wealth are illumined by its light." (Baha'u'llah, Tarazat)

"Truthfulness is the foundation of all human virtues. Without truthfulness progress and success, in all the worlds of God, are impossible for any soul. When this holy attribute is established in man, all the divine qualities will also be acquired." ('Abdu'l-Baha, cf. Advent of Divine Justice) 

'Abdu'l-Baha states that "the day of judgment is not the time for God to exercise His wrath but to exercise His mercy." This is because the signs for the reality of God are so obvious on the Day of Judgment (20/20 vision), that it is a Mercy for us all to be guided to see the truth of God with our own eyes and to directly and immediately experience the personal reality of God's Promise fulfilled in our very own beings: independent of all save God. 

At the last August Gathering in 2019 we announced that as the "7 seals" of the Hopi Fireclan Tablet were now opened we have entered the time period of the Hopi Purification that shall last for 7 years, 7 months, 7 weeks, and seven days. This corresponds with the prophetic events that parallel the exodus of Moses on the scale of each day for a year, the next seven years. 

This lock down shows us that we will not be able to move from our locations in the time of a great disaster. The India community should look into purchasing a national center property in a rural area of India (Shoghi Effendi calls this a "goal city") where the School & Cultural Center would be safe from both a nuclear war and the earth's shifting crust. This is to preserve the faith, the culture of India and the people of India, that includes the Baha'i peoples of India there. A teaching, healing, and refugee center with enough Baha'i households in that town or village to have a Baha'i community with people there to accept, orient, and care for students, guests, visitors, and in the case of disasters, refugees.

The American Baha'i Community is in the process of consolidating its national center and business offices in the rural areas of the State of Colorado at this time; and with the assistance of the IBC/UHJ has located a suitable "goal city." This is in accordance with the instructions of both the Guardians 'Abdu'l-Baha's son, Mason Remey Aghsan and Shoghi Effendi. Shoghi Effendi stated:

"Baha'is must have a new way of life. They need to be different from other people. They must be distinguished. The more distinguished, the more they will attract people. The greater the distinction, the greater the attraction. They must read the Tablets of the Covenant of 'Abdu'l-Baha (Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha) and study the Text of the Teaching (the Book of the Covenant of Baha'u'llah, the Kitab-i-Ahd). It is not enough to be good and kind and to lead a religious life today; it does not count for much unless one accepts the Manifestation of God and His Covenant, and the successors named therein..."

"The young people must disperse far away, the old ones to outlying places; they must settle goal cities. Sell your property and pioneer! The young people of America should go out into the country on farms and work with their hands and produce food for their families."

"Americans are exposed to great dangers. Today the power of America is in the hands of the masses. There is a terrific power in the press, and the people are swayed by it. The United States, on a national scale, sets the pattern for an international pattern. There will be a World Civil War, followed by the establishment of a world state; all the nations will be a part of it and will have to conform to it. This war has already started...."

"Mankind cannot be purified and cleansed without suffering. It is positively dangerous to live in cities. The cities are doomed. They will go up in smoke. They will evaporate. The Baha'is must disperse from the cities...why do they not disperse? If they do not respond and disperse, they will suffer spiritually, materially, and physically. In America the destruction will be great! They must disperse for their own protection. The cities are doomed: New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles... America will become the storm center of the future."

"Those with independent means must pack up and go. Those with spirit must pack up and go. There must be a mass response. I can warn them, but I cannot make them go. The Cause will triumph in spite of the actions and inactivity of the believers. If one country falls down, another will make up for it. The Baha'is have been given the method. Now they must have the spirit. It is hopeless for capable teachers in the cities (the people will not listen)...

"People are flocking to churches through fear. Americans must have a totally new way of life, become a race of wholly devoted souls, devoted to God and His ways. They must get to a simpler way of life. The standards of America must be lowered, have fewer luxuries. Americans do not have enough belief in God, not enough detachment. They must be more spiritual, disencumber themselves from things, have Baha'i standards, not American standards. Americans are too materialistic, too mechanized, too attached to family, health, and death. There must be less materialism, less intellectualism, and more spirit. America is the most disturbed nation, politically, on earth. There is too much organization in America and too little spirit." (Shoghi Effendi, http://www.uhj.net/end-time-prophecy.html)

"Reflections such as these should steel the resolve of the entire Baha'i community, should dissipate their forebodings, and arouse them TO REDEDICATE THEMSELVES TO EVERY SINGLE PROVISION OF THAT DIVINE CHARTER-the sacred Will and Testament-whose outline has been delineated for them by the pen of 'Abdu'l-Baha." (Shoghi Effendi, Advent of Divine Justice, p. 73)

Today the American Baha'i Community has overcome all of the challenges and obstacles leveled against those of the past by Shoghi Effendi. The Baha'is under the Covenant today in America are not like the people in the 1940s and 50s. They have located many goal cities and pioneered them back in the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. The mainstay of the entire Baha'i Community in America lives outside of these large mega-cities that Shoghi Effendi has warned against. Those few in or near these nuclear target cities are there for spiritual and not material reasons. All today are filled with the Spirit. All today have attained the deep level of devotion, loyalty, severance, and detachment needed in these times of Test. How else could the American National Council consolidate its resources, combine its energies, and focus upon one single goal city at this time, to make the people's national center in the USA? By the power of Spirit!

Therefore have we all--in both India and America and our community of loved ones all throughout the world--most certainly attained the individual and group capacity to take up this task, and reap that great benefits and spiritual rewards in both this world and the next for working together on this plane of existence for a common important goal of great significance and impact: The Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven, the pure spiritual democracy of unity in diversity, that is, divine civilization for all! God graduates us from the former cycle and condition, and has opened up this new Baha'i era: and if we look very closely and subtly, and if we take pause and meditate into deep spiritual intuition and interior percepts: we may behold the birth and blossoming of the first green shoots of the Lesser Peace! Has not Baha'u'llah Himself prophetically declared in the Ridvan Season: "Behold! The Divine Springtime has Come!"

Now in this crisis we have already lost friends, loved ones, and dear family members. It is my firm belief that those of us who are physically taken in these things are called by God into the light to be the protectors, coworkers, and guardian angels over our loved ones still on earth on this side of the veil. Nothing can ever separate us from each other, or us from God, because love is simply the POWER of ATTRACTION; and we are attracted to God, and know each other with God, through God, and in God. As long as God shall last, Baha'u'llah declares in His holy writings, we shall last (GL, lxxiii). Death itself is a lie, for we are surrounded by our loved ones, ancestors, and holy angels, and advanced beings protecting and looking out for us as helpers unto God in both this life and the next.

"It is clear and evident that when the veils that conceal the realities of the manifestations of the Names and Attributes of God, nay of all created things visible or invisible, have been rent asunder, nothing except the Sign of God will remain--a sign which He, Himself, hath placed within these realities. This sign will endure as long as is the wish of the Lord thy God, the Lord of the heavens and of the  earth. If such be the blessings conferred on all created things, how superior must be the destiny of the true believer, whose existence and life are to be regarded as the originating purpose of all creation. Just as the conception of faith hath existed from the beginning that hath no beginning, and will endure till the end that hath no end, in like manner will the true believer eternally live and endure. His spirit will everlastingly circle round the Will of God. He will last as long as God, Himself, will last. He is revealed through the Revelation of God, and is hidden at His bidding. It is evident that the loftiest mansions in the Realm of Immortality have been ordained as the habitation of them that have truly believed in God and in His signs. Death can never invade that holy seat. Thus have We entrusted thee with the signs of thy Lord, that thou mayest persevere in thy love for Him, and be of them that comprehend this truth." (Baha’u’llah, GL, lxxiii)

This Covid Crisis and the social distancing pattern must be overcome. We are going to do this by gathering together on a more conscious regular basis and communicating with one another through both proper channels and through individual social and fellowship efforts.

Now is the appointed time--our world wide global wake-up call appointed hour--to come together and meet with one another. By activating the office of the Secretary General we mean to open up all proper channels so that everyone can participate!

The guidance from the IBC/UHJ is to participate. Through participating in the Covenant and current administration we are promised through Baha'i consultation to have all of our needs met and solutions given and prayers answered: when we work together and share fully and frankly.

The Divine Economy by Shoghi Effendi

For Baha'u'llah, we should readily recognize, has not only imbued mankind with a new and regenerating Spirit. He has not merely enunciated certain universal principles, or propounded a particular philosophy, however potent, sound and universal these may be. In addition to these He, as well as Abdu'l-Baha after Him, has, unlike the Dispensations of the past, clearly and specifically laid down a set of Laws, established definite institutions, and provided for the essentials of a Divine Economy. These are destined to be a pattern for future society, a supreme instrument for the establishment of the Most Great Peace, and the one agency for the unification of the world, and the proclamation of the reign of righteousness and justice upon the earth. Not only have they revealed all the directions required for the practical realization of those ideals which the Prophets of God have visualized, and which from time immemorial have inflamed the imagination of seers and poets in every age. They have also, in unequivocal and emphatic language, appointed those twin institutions of the House of Justice and of the Guardianship as their chosen Successors, destined to apply the principles, promulgate the laws, protect the institutions, adapt loyally and intelligently the Faith to the requirements of progressive society, and consummate the incorruptible inheritance which the Founders of the Faith have bequeathed to the world.

Should we look back upon the past, were we to search out the Gospel and the Qur'an, we will readily recognize that neither the Christian nor the Islamic Dispensations can offer a parallel either to the system of Divine Economy so thoroughly established by Baha'u'llah, or to the safeguards which He has provided for its preservation and advancement. Therein, I am profoundly convinced, lies the answer to those questions to which I have already referred....

Not so with the Revelation of Baha'u'llah. Unlike the Dispensation of Christ, unlike the Dispensation of Muhammad, unlike all the Dispensations of the past, the apostles of Baha'u'llah in every land, wherever they labor and toil, have before them in clear, in unequivocal and emphatic language, all the laws, the regulations, the principles, the institutions, the guidance, they require for the prosecution and consummation of their task. Both in the administrative provisions of the Baha'i Dispensation, and in the matter of succession, as embodied in the twin institutions of the House of Justice and of the Guardianship [the Davidic Kingship], the followers of Baha'u'llah can summon to their aid such irrefutable evidences of Divine Guidance that none can resist, that none can belittle or ignore. Therein lies the distinguishing feature of the Baha'i Revelation. Therein lies the strength of the unity of the Faith, of the validity of a Revelation that claims not to destroy or belittle previous Revelations, but to connect, unify, and fulfill them. This is the reason why Baha'u'llah and Abdu'l-Baha have both revealed and even insisted upon certain details in connection with the Divine Economy which they have bequeathed to us, their followers. This is why such an emphasis has been placed in their Will and Testament upon the powers and prerogatives of the ministers of their Faith.

For nothing short of the explicit directions of their Book, and the surprisingly emphatic language with which they have clothed the provisions of their Will, could possibly safeguard the Faith for which they have both so gloriously labored all their lives. Nothing short of this could protect it from the heresies and calumnies with which denominations, peoples, and governments have endeavored, and will, with increasing vigor, endeavor to assail it in future.

We should also bear in mind that the distinguishing character of the Baha'i Revelation does not solely consist in the completeness and unquestionable validity of the Dispensation which the teachings of Baha'u'llah and Abdu'l-Baha have established. Its excellence lies also in the fact that those elements which in past Dispensations have, without the least authority from their Founders, been a source of corruption and of incalculable harm to the Faith of God, have been strictly excluded by the clear text of Baha'u'llah's writings. Those unwarranted practices, in connection with the sacrament of baptism, of communion, of confession of sins, of asceticism, of priestly domination, of elaborate ceremonials, of holy war and of polygamy, have one and all been rigidly suppressed by the Pen of Baha'u'llah; whilst the rigidity and rigor of certain observances, such as fasting, which are necessary to the devotional life of the individual, have been considerably abated...

Dear friends! Feeble though our Faith may now appear in the eyes of men, who either denounce it as an offshoot of Islam, or contemptuously ignore it as one more of those obscure sects that abound in the West, this priceless gem of Divine Revelation, now still in its embryonic state, shall evolve within the shell of His law, and shall forge ahead, undivided and unimpaired, till it embraces the whole of mankind. Only those who have already recognized the supreme station of Baha'u'llah, only those whose hearts have been touched by His love, and have become familiar with the potency of His spirit, can adequately appreciate the value of this Divine Economy - His inestimable gift to mankind.
Leaders of religion, exponents of political theories, governors of human institutions, who at present are witnessing with perplexity and dismay the bankruptcy of their ideas, and the disintegration of their handiwork, would do well to turn their gaze to the Revelation of Baha'u'llah, and to meditate upon the World Order which, lying enshrined in His teachings, is slowly and imperceptibly rising amid the welter and chaos of present-day civilization. They need have no doubt or anxiety regarding the nature, the origin or validity of the institutions which the adherents of the Faith are building up throughout the world. For these lie embedded in the teachings themselves, unadulterated and unobscured by unwarrantable inferences, or unauthorized interpretations of His Word.

How pressing and sacred the responsibility that now weighs upon those who are already acquainted with these teachings! How glorious the task of those who are called upon to vindicate their truth, and demonstrate their practicability to an unbelieving world! Nothing short of an immovable conviction in their divine origin, and their uniqueness in the annals of religion; nothing short of an unwavering purpose to execute and apply them to the administrative machinery of the Cause, can be sufficient to establish their reality, and insure their success. How vast is the Revelation of Baha'u'llah! How great the magnitude of His blessings showered upon humanity in this day! And yet, how poor, how inadequate our conception of their significance and glory! This generation stands too close to so colossal a Revelation to appreciate, in their full measure, the infinite possibilities of His Faith, the unprecedented character of His Cause, and the mysterious dispensations of His Providence....

Dearly beloved friends: Who, contemplating the helplessness, the fears and miseries of humanity in this day, can any longer question the necessity for a fresh revelation of the quickening power of God's redemptive love and guidance? Who, witnessing on one hand the stupendous advance achieved in the realm of human knowledge, of power, of skill and inventiveness, and viewing on the other the unprecedented character of the sufferings that afflict, and the dangers that beset, present-day society, can be so blind as to doubt that the hour has at last struck for the advent of a new Revelation, for a re-statement of the Divine Purpose, and for the consequent revival of those spiritual forces that have, at fixed intervals, rehabilitated the fortunes of human society? Does not the very operation of the world-unifying forces that are at work in this age necessitate that He Who is the Bearer of the Message of God in this day should not only reaffirm that self-same exalted standard of individual conduct inculcated by the Prophets gone before Him, but embody in His appeal, to all governments and peoples, the essentials of that social code, that Divine Economy, which must guide humanity's concerted efforts in establishing that all-embracing federation which is to signalize the advent of the Kingdom of God on this earth?


May we not, therefore, recognizing as we do the necessity for such a revelation of God's redeeming power, meditate upon the supreme grandeur of the System unfolded by the hand of Baha'u'llah in this day? May we not pause, pressed though we be by the daily preoccupations which the ever-widening range of the administrative activities of His Faith must involve, to reflect upon the sanctity of the responsibilities it is our privilege to shoulder?

The Spread of Baha'is under the Provision of Covenant (BUPC) Worldwide

“The foundation of this Cause is pure spiritual democracy, and not theocracy” (‘Abdu’l-Baha, Baha’i Scriptures, p. 449).

“Just as in the world of politics there is need for free thought, likewise in the world of religion there should be the right of unrestricted individual belief. Consider what a vast difference exists between modern democracy and the old forms of despotism. Under an autocratic government the opinions of men are not free, and development is stifled, whereas in democracy, because thought and speech are not restricted, the greatest progress is witnessed. It is likewise true in the world of religion. When freedom of conscience, liberty of thought and right of speech prevail--that is to say, when every man according to his own idealization may give expression to his beliefs--development and growth are inevitable.” (‘Abdu’l-Baha, PUP, p. 197)

The Bahá'ís Under the Provisions of the Covenant (BUPC) is True Baha’i Faith who all believed that after the death of Shoghi Effendi in 1957, the majority of Bahá'ís were deceived, into believing that the Institution of Guardianship has ended. The Guardianship, and the living person of the Guardian, preserves and upholds the foundation of “pure spiritual democracy” needed in this world as the solution to the problems of humanity in every day and age.

One of the most important provisions of the Will and Testament of Abdu’l-Baha is that the Universal House of Justice (UHJ) must have a president who is a descendant of Baha’u’llah. The BUPC is the only Baha’i group which has a Universal House of Justice with a descendant of Baha’u’llah as its president. The purpose of the descendant of King David being the president of Baha’u’llah’s Universal House of Justice is so that we can recognize the true UHJ of Baha’u’llah from fakes, frauds, and imitations.

Guardianship in BUPC
Unique to the BUPC: belief the institution of the guardianship is the continuation of the Davidic line, which Bahá'u'lláh passed onto his son, who in turn passed the lineage on to the institution of the guardianship. In His Proclamation Baha’u’llah wrote:

“The Ancient Beauty [Baha'u'llah] ruleth upon the throne of David. Thus hath my Pen spoken that which the histories of bygone ages have related.” (Proclamation of Baha'u'llah, p. 89)

The BUPC Baha’is of the World believe that Mason Remey is not the spiritual son but the LEGALLY ADOPTED SON OF 'ABDU'L-BAHA and therefore an Aghsan. This makes Mason Remey an Aghsan (branch of Baha’u’llah and ‘Abdu’l-Baha) and therefore qualifies him as the Guardian that is the president of the IBC/UHJ who has legally inherited the throne of King David.

Abdu’l-Baha made Mason Remey his legally adopted son being fully aware that the First Guardian Shoghi Effendi will not have any issue and the chain of Guardianship should continue through Mason Remey. While Shoghi Effendi is the Afnan Guardian.

The Gurdianship in BUPC runs as follows:

Mason Remey (The First Aghsan Guardian)
The Adopted and only son of ‘Abdu’l-Baha. Appointed by Shoghi Effendi in 1951, to be the first Aghsan Guardian of the Baha’i Faith as the president and executive of the first International Bahai Council (IBC). Mason Remey served as a Hand of  Cause under Shoghi Effendi. Mason Remey received recognition from ‘Abdu’l-Baha as well as Shoghi Effendi for being the firmest proponent of Baha’u’llah’s Covenant. As the legal executer of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, Shoghi Effendi identified Mason Remey as ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s “Dear Son” (therefore an Aghsan) in writing, welcomed Mason as the first President of the IBC/UHJ in 1951, and protected the transfer of David’s throne from ‘Abdu’l-Baha to his son Mason.

Covenant-Breakers Thwarted in Baha'i Domain Dispute

On February 24, 2005 the National Spiritual Assembly (NSA) of the Bahá'ís of the United States filed a complaint with the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO) against Neal Chase for his use of the domain name UHJ.net, which claims to be "The Official website of the Universal House of Justice" - a name for which the NSA has a United States federal trademark registration, issued in 1965.

The May 8 ruling released by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) will keep the domain UHJ.NET in the possession of the Baha'is Under the Provisions of the Covenant who are the only people in the world to have the true Universal House of Justice of Baha'u'llah with the Davidic King (Aghsan – Branch) as its president, the great grandson of 'Abdu'l-Baha as its functioning executive and living "guardian" seated upon the throne of King David that is to last for ever (see Psalms 89 for more).

Thousands of people have rejoiced at the defeat of the Age Old Enemy of the Davidic Kingship of Baha'u'llah and Abdu'l-Baha and of their sons entitled in Persian 'Aghsan' which literally means 'Branch' (see Zech. 3:8 KJV for more) that has been passed down through 'Abdu'l-Baha's son, grandson and now great grandson who is the president and first servant of the Council of the Universal House of Justice in this day today. Covenant Breakers defeated in Court

Nov. 28: In a landmark judgement, a federal court in Chicago recently overruled a 1966 court decision that stopped the Davidic Kingship--Mason and his successors to the Executive branch of the UHJ-- from using the Baha'i name. The Chicago court judges, while criticising the 1966 ruling, said that it was a wrongful means of trying to resolve a question of religious authority. The federal 7th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the 1966 decision does not apply to Neal Chase and the BUPC “even though they admitted to being [the legal] successors-in-interest to Remey” (https://www.chicagoiplitigation.com/2008/05/former-officers-not-bound-by-companys-injunction/ ).

The attempts of the Haifa- based mainstream Baha'i faith to shut down the public teaching effort and close down all the websites and publications of the Baha'is Under the Provisions of the Covenant, have been thwarted with this ruling.

One of the most important outcomes of the ruling was that it has put aside all questions regarding religious organisations having any right to trademark its names or icons.

This came as a major boost to the 144,000 strong followers of the Baha'is under the Provision of Covenant world-wide. They believe that the mainstream Baha'i faith has strayed from the religion's original teachings.

"The abrogation of the original order has freed us from their "marks" and the 6-66 injunction is overthrown, null, and void. We are free to go forward with our path and plans to further advance the Baha'i faith, headed by the third guardian Neal Chase, the Covenant appointed" said Mr Sameer.

Spread of BUPC Faith

From 1980 to 1996 theAdherents were mostly concentrated in Missoula, Montana, with groups at times in Wyoming, Arkansas, Minnesota, Colorado, and Wisconsin.

From 1996 to 2005 the membership of BUPC increased world-wide and after the defeat of the covenant breakers in the domain dispute and court case and the Third Guardian Mr. Neal Chase taking a more proactive stand the BUPC Faith spread like wild fire in countries like United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Azerbaijan, India, Bangladesh etc. It looks like the mainstream covenant breakers has nothing to stop the spread of the True Faith except some false censuses to show that they are still being accepted in the International society as a Faith and not as a deviant cult.

Twelth Baha'i Principle is The Establishment of an International Tribunal, or Parliament of Man, with a descendant of King David as its Executive

The twelth foundation stone, the Amethyst, is violet. It symbolizes spiritual light--reverence, healing, serenity and poise. This Tribunal of all nations must be as the ultra-violet rays for the "healing of the nations" and it must seek spiritual light in all reverence, that it may fulfill its high calling, imparting a sense of security, poise and serenity to the hearts of all humanity.

'Abdu'l-Baha

We cannot live under twenty-first century conditions guided by eighteenth century concepts. Most of our present day problems can be laid to the door of our unwillingness to make a correspondingly swift change in our thinking and consciousness as citizens of this one world order. The pace has 'upset our equilibrium'.

Planetary civilization will emerge from the wreckage of nationalism, just as nationalism emerged from the wreckage of feudalism. Old forms have to break up before new ones can evolve. Nationalism has run its course but is loath to relinquish its prerogatives. Nothing short of experiences such as world wars, world depressions, world revolutions can convert a nationalistic psychology into an international psychology. Under the duress of such events, however, we are witnessing this very change take place before our eyes.

The present picture brings little comfort to most people struggling under this duress. Living through world events today is similar to undergoing major surgery for a critical disease. How the patient goes through it and how he recovers depends in great measure upon the faith he has in his skilled surgeon. If he doubts that the operation will cure him or that his surgeon has the ability to successfully operate, his fears will put him through a hell of suffering in addition to his physical pains; and the fright is as likely to kill him as the disease itself. Assurance that the operation will cure and that the surgeon is entirely worthy of his confidence will pull him through the crisis on a tide of hope and confidence that actually controls his physical recovery. Psychosomatic science confirms this.

It is apparent that if we are to survive today and carry forward civilization today the only development possible in its evolution, a one-world society, we must undergo some surgical operations in our thinking and behavior as citizens.

Baha'u'llah did not offer this World Order plan as a philosophic treatise. His viewpoint is not that merely of a sociologist. He spoke with spiritual authority and founded a religion dedicated to the service of a one-world civilization. He had a definite and concrete faith that the necessary spiritual dynamics had been divinely released into the consciousness of humanity to bring about this New World Order.

National rivalries, hatreds and intrigues will cease, and racial animosity and prejudices will be replaced by racial amity, understanding and cooperation. The causes of religious strife will be permanently removed, economic barriers and restrictions will be completely abolished, and the inordinate distinction between classes will be obliterated. Destitution on the one hand, and gross accumulation of ownership on the other, will disappear.

The enormous energy dissipated and wasted on war whether economic or political, will be consecrated to such ends as will extend the range of human inventions and technical development, to the increase of the productivity of mankind to the extermination of disease, to the extension of scientific research, to the raising of the standard of physical health, to the sharpening and refinement of the human brain, to the exploitation of the unused and unsuspected resources of the planet, to the prolongation of human life, and to the furtherance of any other agency that can stimulate the intellectual, the moral, and spiritual life of the entire human race.

A world federal system, ruling the whole earth and exercising its unchallengeable authority over its unimaginably vast resources. Blending and embodying the ideals of both East and West. Liberated from the curse of war and its miseries, and bent on the exploitation of all the available sources of energy on the surface of the planet. A system in which Force is made the servant of Justice. Whose life is sustained by its universal recognition of one God and by its allegiance to one common Revelation. Such is the goal toward which humanity, impelled by the unifying forces of life, is moving.

A Universal House of Justice -- with the Davidic King, the great grandson of Abdu'l-Baha, as its President -- is the medicine for this sick world. This body is the Supreme Institution of the Kingdom of God, established on earth as it is in heaven in fulfillment of the Lord's Prayer that Jesus gave and told the Christians to pray for. This body, the Supreme Institution of the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven, is the Universal House of Justice that all the nations of the world will joyously and unhesitatingly belong to. The purpose of the living, functioning, descendant of King David through Baha'u'llah and Abdu'l-Baha at its head is so we can recognize Baha'u'llah's true Universal House of Justice from fakes, frauds, and imitations. (see Isaiah chapters 2, 9, and 11) The hearts of all mankind shall willingly and eagerly turn their trust and loyalty to this world governing body, as all the people of the world shall see with their third eye opened -- of their intellect -- that this is the plan that God Himself has given us all for the salvation and redemption of all human kind. Already the world has seen three prototypes, or imitations, of this world Parliament. First in the World Court, secondly in the League of Nations, and third in the form of the United Nation's Organization. These three bodies, however, failed to achieve the unifying force to unite all the peoples and nations of the world, as these failed attempts did not originate from God but from the imitation of man, they lacked the spiritual endowment of authority to unite the world together as one family, one race of humanity. This government, the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven, does not originate from the minds of men but has been delivered unto all humanity from God Almighty via the Supreme and Universal Manifestation of Himself, which is the second coming of Christ in the person of Baha'u'llah.

The world commonwealth outlined by Baha'u'llah is governed by the Universal House of Justice, this is a World Parliament freely elected by the peoples of the earth, currently in its appointed stage. It must have authority to enforce its decisions upon any dilatory or rebellious member of the commonwealth, and such action must be as swift and certain as it would be in the case of an individual who breaks the law. No such world government an succeed unless backed by the authority of the whole human race. This is the principle of unity and oneness of mankind with the complete abandonment of prejudices, on which the future of mankind depends.

This world authority must, in the interests of the whole human race, establish law in the place of war. It must strictly limit the armed forces of every nation according to their internal needs. It must plan and put into practice a world system of economics which will remove the present evils of waste, inferior quality, want in the midst of plenty. It must assume sole control over tariffs, excise, sources of raw material. It must foster a spirit of world civilization among all the people of the planet.

The president, that is the executive branch of the Universal House of Justice and titled the Guardian, is that promised return of the descendant of the lineage of King David, re-established by Baha'u'llah. The office of President carries with it the right and obligation of the Executive Branch, a duty which is permitted to no one else, as defined and delineated in the sacred Will and Testament of Abdu'l-Baha. The Davidic King is therefore the permanent head of the Universal House of Justice, which is the executive branch of the New World Order, God's Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

Together, and inseparable, the Universal House of Justice with the Davidic King, Abdu'l-Baha's great grandson, as its President, forms the nucleus of the Kingdom of God on Earth as it is in heaven, the New World Order. As this institution has been established with its component parts, its organic institutions, and is functioning with efficiency and vigor, it is, by the unfolding of world events and the predestined Will of Omnipotent God, being projected to all the people of the world. Not by the will of man or any scheme or plan of any group of people, but by an act of Almighty Providence alone, this victory is given over to the people of God. Coinciding with great world calamity, catastrophe and social upheavel, the divine banner of the genealogy of Baha'u'llah is now being unfurled and upraised above the heads and ramparts of all the onlooking and terrified people of the world, showing the continuation of the line of David in the Executive Branch of this Universal House of Justice, which is to last forever (see Psalms 89). Such is the inescapable mind and plan of God; for by this method, world disaster and calamity contrasting the good news (gospel) of the proclamation of this Kingdom of God (Davidic), God has vouchsafed and made certain that His and only His Universal House of Justice should be asserting its claims and demonstrating its unfailing capacity to be regarded not only as the nucleus but the very pattern of the New World Order destined to embrace in the fullness of time the whole of mankind.

The eleventh foundation stone, the Jacinth, is somewhat like the Jasper, rose red, the universal color, the hue of the heart. A race can only understand the heart of another when it can speak the same language.

In all the world there is nothing more important than to be understood by your fellow men, for upon this depends the progress of civilization itself.

One of the major causes of differences today among the peoples and nations of the world is the diversity of their languages. each nation and people have their culture history, territory and language, isolated by boundaries from a neighboring people . Wars, misunderstandings, conflicts and disputes arise from the lack of clear understanding and communication between them. Although they belong to the same race, the lack of a common language is the greatest barrier between them. Were a universal auxiliary language in operation they would all be considered as one.

Only think how the International Language will facilitate intercommunication among all the nations of the earth. Half of our lives are consumed in acquiring a knowledge of language, for in this enlightened age every man who hopes to travel in Asia and Africa and Europe must learn several languages, in order that he may converse with their peoples. But no sooner does he acquire one language than another is needed. Thus one's whole life may be passed in acquiring those languages which are a hindrance to international communication. The; International Language frees humanity from all these problems.

Oneness of language will transform mankind into one world, remove religious misunderstandings and unite East and West in the spirit of brotherhood and love. Oneness of language will change this world from many families into one family. This auxiliary international language will gather the nations under one standard, as if the five continents of the world had become one, for then mutual interchange of thought will be. possible for all. It will remove ignorance and superstition, since each child of whatever race or nation can pursue his studies in science and art, needing but two languages his own and the international. The world of matter will become the expression of the world of mind. Then discoveries will be revealed, inventions will multiply, the sciences advance by leaps and bounds, the scientific culture of the earth will develop along broader lines. Then the nations will be enabled. to utilize the latest and best thought,. because expressed in the International Language.

'Abdu'l-Baha

The greatest means of progress between the East and West, would be to have a union of a common language. It would give the world the strongest impulse to become united for human advancement. It will upraise the standard of the oneness of humanity. It will make the earth one universal commonwealth. It will be the cause of love between the children of men and it shall cause good fellowship between the various races.

Since this principle of 'a universal auxiliary language' was proclaimed by Baha'u'llah, Basic English and a few other world languages have been invented to aid the world in a common means of understanding.

Ludovic Zamenhof, through the result of his devoted labor was the invention and widespread adoption of the language known as 'Esperanto'. Gaining the most popular support throughout the world communities, it has now stood the test of many years and has proved to be encouraging and a very satisfactory medium of international intercourse. New efforts shall always continue to establish a common means of communication between the races of men. The unity of mankind depends upon his abilities to understand the thoughts of his brother's heart.

The Sixth Ishraq' (Effulgence) is concord and union amongst men. Through the radiance of union have the regions of the world at all times been illumined, and the greatest of all means thereunto is the understanding of one another's writing and speech. Ere this, in our epistles, have We commanded the Trustees of the House of Justice, either to choose one of the existing tongues, or to originate a new one, and in like manner to adopt a common script, teaching these to the children in all the schools of the world, that the world may become even as one land and one home.

It is not intended that there should be only one language. The international tongue and script is to auxiliary. National culture, literature, art, genius, are to be preserved and developed, but all people must learn at least two languages, i.e., their native tongue and the national tongue. Unity in diversity is the desired result and not uniformity. It is hoped that the world language will be spoken with enthusiasm to understand one's neighbor, many a burr and accent will enhance its beauty.

His Holiness Baha'u'llah wrote about this international language during the years of his life more than ninety years ago. He says; "That as long as an international language is not adopted, complete union between the various sections of the world will be unrealized, for we observe that misunderstanding keep people from mutual association, and these misunderstandings will not be dispelled except through an international auxiliary language.
