The Davidic Genealogy of Baha'u'llah

‘Abdu’l-Baha who was Baha'u'llah's son, who was a descendant of King David and sat on the throne of King David, had an only natural son who died in infancy. This would have brought King David's lineage through ‘Abdu’l-Baha to an end, so ‘Abdu’l-Baha adopted Mason Remey to be his son, replacing his natural son. This was necessary as David's lineage seated on the throne was to last forever (Psalms 89: http://uhj.net/genealogy/genealogy-of-christ.html  ), ‘Abdu’l-Baha's Aghsan (Branches) were to be the guardians of the Baha'i faith, seated on the throne of David as presidents of the UHJ. This adoption was a legal adoption according to the laws of two empires that had ruled Palestine (The Ottoman and the British) before it became the state of Israel. This was also according to the laws of the state of Israel.

When 'Abdu'l-Baha adopted Mason Remey to succeed him to the throne of David as his son, this was legal and binding. According to the laws of the Ottoman Empire of the Middle East that ruled over Palestine before it became the State of Israel, the adoption law was that when a man called another person his son, this was a legal adoption. Then the British mandate that succeeded the Ottoman Empire retained the adoption laws of the Ottoman Empire as legal and binding under their rule. Then for the Israeli government the law for adoption has remained the same. If a man calls another his son and leaves him a token to show inheritance (whether it be a stick or a stone or something), then the adoption is legal and binding. When 'Abdu'l-Baha proclaimed that Mason was his son (privately, publicly and in letters published in Star of the West Magazine), these were not "vague terms of affection but expressed the precise legal relationship which had been created between them." Here is cited the law of adoption in the Middle East (from Ottoman times to the present) upheld in the Israeli Supreme Court on June 22, 1960, long after 'Abdu'l-Baha adopted Mason to be his son.

“This idea of equating adopted children with natural children in matters of succession is well expressed in a responsum of Rabbi Jacob Emden which the learned Judge cited in another decision, In re Succession of the late Yoseph Blum deceased (4) (at pp. 161), as follows: “If he rears the child for the glory of God the child is certainly to be regarded as his child and not only in lineage, but even where the child had parents and is being brought up by the stranger as a meritorious act, if the latter has no children ['Abdu'l-Baha had no living natural sons] and is bringing up the child to be his son to succeed him and they address each other as father and son" (response of Yavetz, Part 1, section 168). So also with the deceased in the present case: He reared the child as his daughter to succeed him, and she called him “father” and he called her “daughter.” These were not vague terms of affection but expressed the precise legal relationship which had been created between them--at any rate with respect to the matter of succession.”” (Selected Judgments from the Israeli Supreme Court Vol. III, pp. 426-427).

Shoghi Effendi recognized ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s adoption of Mason as true and legal. Immediately after the death of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, Shoghi Effendi sent Mason Remey a “package of ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s most sacred possession,” which was left to Shoghi to give to Mason Remey as his inheritance: “locks of Baha’u’llah’s hair” (which represents the headship of the IBC/UHJ) and “drops of his coagulated blood” (which represents the bloodline of David and Baha’u’llah). On the outside of the package Shoghi Effendi addressed it to ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s  “dear son” whom he later appointed to the headship of the IBC/UHJ. The hair and blood are the tokens of inheritance. “‘Abdu’l-Baha’s most prized possession” shows the evidence of the “legal adoption passed on from father to son”--’Abdu’l-Baha to Mason. This type of direct evidence of a token is called “institutive evidence:”

“Institutive evidence is that which is created or adopted as a memorial of a fact and for the purpose of being evidence of the fact. The stone set up for a boundary; the giving and receiving of a clod of earth or a twig in livery of seizing as evidence or the transfer of the title [etc]....”(Sagebeer, The Bible in Court, p. 104).

“The master gave Mr. Remey what no one else ever received--relics of the Blood and Hair of Baha’u’llah; in the East this act symbolizes Mr. Remey’s adoption as a Son by ‘Abdu’l-Baha and his becoming a member of the Holy Family.” (Questions and Answers about Charles Mason Remey and the Baha’i Faith by F.C. Spataro).

Thus Shoghi Effendi brought Mason Remey to Haifa and instituted him into the Holy Family. He sat him at the dinner table of the Holy Family, next to himself, the seat of Honor, at his right. He entered the shrines directly behind Shoghi and then the other people followed. At functions of State, such as the funeral of Ben Gurian, with Shoghi leading the procession, Mason walked directly behind him. Then when Shoghi set up the IBC/UHJ he appointed Mason, ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s son, to be its the head--president--for only ‘Abdu’l-Baha son, a male descendant of King David, could sit upon the throne of David, that Baha’u’llah moved from Nur to Mt. Carmel. Baha’u’llah’s father sat upon the throne of David and Baha’u’llah “the Great Prince” inherited that throne:  “At that time shall arise Michael (one like God), the great prince [Davidic] who has charge of your people” (Dan. 12)--that inherited that throne.

“Ruhiyyih Khanum” and those who followed her (June, 2008)

The followers of Ruhiyyih Khanum after the great Violation in 1960  are Khanumist’s, The Covenant Breakers and the Card carrying members of the Fake UHJ.
I. The Mainstream Violation of Ruhiyyih Khanum and the Hands.

Friends! One of the reasons for this current state of affairs throughout the Baha’i world today (sans-Guardian by majority and to some extent the other of the 7 Rites http://www.uhj.net/bahai-faith-history.html) is that under the direction of Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands” their puppet headless “UHJ” was expressly directed by them to allow the masses of the people to come into their “fold” without being converted or even informed to the least to the provisions of the Holy Covenant of Baha’u’llah (Kitab-i-Ahd) and the sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha.

Ruhiyyih Khanum, in her own words confesses that she counted on the masses being attracted to the 12 Principles of the Baha’i Faith, such as the Oneness of Humanity and World Unity, along with being absolutely ignorant of the Covenant and without ever receiving even one glimpse of the texts of the Covenant or ever even seeing the document of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha. Innumerable stories from uncountable dissenters/survivor’s from that Violating Headless “UHJ” and false covenant-breaking Organization testify to this perfidy of the corrupt “Hands” led by Ruhiyyih Khanum.  Thus after 1960, especially in the county of India, mass amounts of spiritually oriented people came into the sans-Guardian Baha’i fold, became Ruhhiyih Khanumist’s never even suspecting that Ruhiyyih and the group had murdered Shoghi Effendi in London in 1957 and hijacked the Baha’i world center for their own empowerment and aggrandizement.

From a published talk of Ruhiyyih Khanum in 1964 entitled “Simultaneous Process of  Expansion and Consolidation” (see below) sent to me recently by one of the loyal friends with comments and clarifications in brackets, Ruhiyyih Khanum outlines her scheme to allow for the masses to come in without conversion to the Covenant of Baha’u’llah and without reading or even being informed to the slightest of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha which is the CHARTER of the Kingdom (World Order of Baha’u’llah (WOB), p. 144) and thus rejecting the true UHJ with the Davidic King as its president that Shoghi Effendi himself set up, within his own lifetime (W&T, p. 12)  on January 9, 1951 with the aghsan-son of ‘Abdu’l-Baha as its first president, the “sacred head and irremovable member for life of that body” (W&T, p. 14) who was succeeded by his son, the grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha; and now Mr. Neal Chase as the first great grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha.

Thus the masses of people had the wool pulled over their eyes, just as Ruhiyyih Khanum anticipated, while at the same time, she also conjured to allow for the rise of a new “pseudo – intellectual satanic elite”, which she called the “cream” that was  to rise to the top, who then upon being confronted with her Violation of the Covenant would sell their souls for earthly rewards and incentives to become the loyal new “clergy class” enforcers of oppression of the theology of the Violation of the “Hands”.

Others of those ranks seeing the corruption – but for whatever reasons refusing to go along with it – would be as easily marginalized and expelled from her main fold of the “Hand’s-Faith” as Ruhiyyih and her fellow “Hands” were able to marginalize and expel the adopted aghsan-son of ‘Abdu’l-Baha from out of their midst in the switcheroo of labeling those who were firm in the Covenant as “Covenant-breakers” and have the masses shun the legitimate and legally appointed aghsan successorship as well as the true UHJ of Baha’u’llah (www.UHJ.net)  established and active in the world today!!!

As their scheme worked so well – to have the masses (who were already Baha’i prior to the passing of Shoghi Effendi) shun the aghsan-son of ‘Abdu’l-Baha and his loyal supporters, the Baha’is that remained firm under the provisions of the Covenant (see www.entrybytroops. org for more) – they figured it would be even easier to trick the unsuspecting and the unawares of their “new converts”. But now that 40 years time has passed on by, they have been proven to be wrong. For those she put down as “unsuspecting dupes” raised their children under her Violation, and their children have read the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, searched BUPC.org and UHJ.net, see the genealogy of Baha’u’llah back to King David of the throne-line of Kings, and having heard the piper at the gates of dawn, have come back unto God, and accepted the true UHJ with the Davidic King as its president by which we are all able to recognize the true Universal House of Justice of Baha’u’llah from fakes, frauds, and imitations, and thus bring peace through justice to the world.

These Khanumist’s, having possession of the material Baha’i properties and original physical writings, were arrogant in their hi-jacking – even as Muhammad-Ali and his party of “loyal Baha’is” (see “Master’s Last Tablet to America” attached) held the keys to Bahji and stole all the original writings of Baha’u’llah away from ‘Abdu’l-Baha that were kept in two sealed trunks left to the Master by Baha’u’llah Himself. So now also, these ones – Ruhiyyih and the Hands and those who followed them (Khanumist’s)– were able for a short while, to repeat the violation of Yahya and Muhammad-Ali and temporarily gain the allegiance and support of the unsuspecting masses, and cull out a corrupt theologian clergy class die-hard loyal to their violation centered in Haifa. Those “literati” that wouldn’t go along with their scheme were expelled, forced to resign, or simply “lump it”, or for other reasons leave the group, thus decapitating the Baha’i world of the academia Shoghi Effendi was attempting to raise up for Baha’i Studies within his own lifetime. Only an elect few of which, due to their own personal experience, are gifted by God to be able to consort with the living Guardian in person, or any of those who remain firm in the Covenant today. Thus, the poison of violation, thwarting the rest from association, communion and fellowship – cutting them off from the key information they need to complete their personal work.

Today the majority of “true Baha’is” loyal to the current living Davidic King and the true UHJ (www.UHJ.net) have rudely awakened to find themselves trapped within the meshes of their violating society which spans the globe. Only slowly yet surely, like the little leaven that leavens the whole lump, have they been able to move forward and succeed and find their fellow staunch supporters in the Covenant at this time, like those trapped in a German Concentration Camp in World War II, they are forced to speak with careful wisdom in following the instructions of ‘Abdu’l-Baha in His will, in order not to jeopardize their own living situation, by calling attention of the slave masters and boards of protection, that in the similitude of J.R.R. Tolken were designed to turn the pure of heart “elves of light” into twisted orcs, unable to re-enter the light of day.

Today there are about 144,000 Baha’is  under the provisions of the Covenant working sincerely to carry forward the Message of Bahaullah in different parts of the world.

The faithful have already been attacked and/or jailed in America, India, and in Syria and seen threats, violence and in certain cases actual physical harm. The Present Guardian Mr. Neal Chase was once forced to escape being abducted into a moving vehicle in South Dakota by the followers of Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands”, and at another time, had to appear in Court to help free several of the Baha’is under the Covenant who had been wrongly jailed in Chicago by these raving fanatics, patrolling the temple at Wilmette at the US Baha’i center. When this was about to be exposed and published in the Chicago Tribune, and Sun Times, they relented; and, finally they sent messengers from Haifa, and “all charges were dropped” and the friends were released from jail. One of them was arrested while praying in silent prayer in the Temple in Wilmette, the day before his wedding, and for no other cause at all other than being recognized by those marauding and usurping “thugs” as a loyal support of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha!

II. Dealing with Khanumist’s( Covenant-breakers)

It is written in the scriptures that "he who sits with a leper gets leprosy" (See 'Abdu'l-Baha's "Last Tablet to America"), but it is also written that "Jesus walked amongst the people and healed them". Today - though the violation of the "Hands" has spread world-wide, those who are under the provisions of the Covenant are immune to its poison and are free to circulate amongst all the people without personal worry. In fact they may be able to do good in helping others. Now that we know the Davidic Kingship will never end, and that this is how we recognize the true UHJ, the violation of the "Hands" is inert and has no effect upon us at all.

Within the mainstream community of "Ruhiyyih Khanum and those that followed her" there is a mixture of pure of heart people who are true Baha'is, and rabid covenant-breakers, that are in tight league with the violation of the Hands. For those who were raised in this community, and have deep ties, this presents a grave problem. For example one of the oldest families in the Baha'i world, which is a family related to the Bab and was the first to accept the Bab and then passed through the test accepting Baha'u'llah, are also firm supporters of myself as the great-grandson of 'Abdu'l-Baha, and the fact that the Council over which Mr. Neal Chase preside is the true UHJ. Were the members of this family to make a public declaration of this truth, to the community, without a doubt they would severely pressured with threats of not only being "shunned", but, as in other cases reported to us, may even receive death threats. As true Baha'is these threats do not effect them, but 'Abdu'l-Baha in the Will and Testament asks us to be cautious in our teaching efforts. So they have informed us of their situation, and circulate throughout that community within a circle of friends who are also firm in the Covenant, and they "avoid" those others in that community that they can see are Covenant-breakers. Thus, we have to all, everyone of us, be able to distinguish, with our own eyes, between those we meet as to who is spiritual and positive, and those who are firm in the violation.

Now is the sounding bell and time for all the people to investigate the truth of the claims of the Baha’i Faith, the foundation of its covenant in the sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdul-Baha, and make their choice. They can come under the provisions of the covenant (uhj.net), join God’s heavely army – the 144,000 -  or remain obstinate – and be replaced by others

Thus they must be told only one simple FACT: the UHJ on Mt. Carmel is the wrong UHJ. It has no executive branch as stated on page 15 of the Will and testament, Therefore THEY are the Covenant-breakers.

The follow-up from them is obvious: "Where is the true UHJ?

Answer: It was established by Shoghi Effendi himself on January 9, 1951 and it had 'Abdu'l-Baha's aghsan-son as its president and executive.

When Shoghi Effendi passed on - there was no "interregnum" the infallibility immediately passed on to the true UHJ. 'Abdu'l-Baha's aghsan-son signed a covenant with all the Hands that they would not go against Shoghi Effendi's plan to have this UHJ evolve through four stages because the Will and Testament states that to go against Shoghi Effendi is to go against God. However the majority of the "Hands" led by Ruhiyyih Khanum, broke this covenant and dismantled the true UHJ in November of 1959 and then had all the Baha'i world shun 'Abdu'l-Baha's aghsan-son.

When 'Abdu'l-Baha had travelled to American in 1912, the same way Baha'u'llah took 'Abdu'l-Baha up on Mt. Carmel to the grove of Cyprus trees and showed him the spot where to build the shrine of the Bab, 'Abdu'l-Baha himself designated the spot in the Rocky Mountains of the US where the true UHJ should be established in the time of the violation as well as the great catastrophe. That is where the true UHJ is located today, and the great-grandson of "Abdu'l-Baha an aghsan - not of those expelled for covenant-breaking by Baha'u'llah, 'Abdu'l-Baha or Shoghi Effendi - is its current president.

This should all be studied and documented from the available books and literature.

You can look up "Interregnum" in the basic Baha'i dictionary by Wendi Momen or the Baha'is Encyclopedia, or some other of their literature. It refers to the supposed "gap" where there was supposedly "no infallibility" during the ministry of the custodians, that is the ministry of the "hands". The Hands states that as Shoghi Effendi is infallible, and as the UHJ is infallible and as "there was no "UHJ" at the time of the passing of Shoghi Effendi (that the lie), therefore, they had to go from one point of infallibility (Shoghi Effendi) to another point of infallibility (the UHJ) which they would "elect" in 1963.

Thus the interregnum is the period of time about 7 years from 1957 on November 4, until April 21, 1963, when there was no infallibility at all and the Hands were in control. Now it is a bold faced lie that there was no UHJ for the UHJ was set up by Shoghi Effendi himself in 1951 about 7 years overlap with his own ministry. At the moment of his passing the conferred infallibility passed from Shoghi Effendi to the UHJ with 'Abdu'l-Baha's aghsan-son as its president which THEN should have been IMMEDIATELY activated by its president. As it was not activated (as he instead went into conclave with the rest of the Hands), ALL the people fell into error, and on April 21, 1963 God had the promised establisher of the Baha'i Faith Dr. Leland Jensen begin his mission and the UHJ was reestablished on January 9, 1991 with the grandson (1991 to 1994) and then the great grandson of 'Abdu'l-Baha (1994 to the present) as its executive.

Thus the Khanumist’s are the Covenant-breakers! They have no executive (Will and Testament page 15)!

Despite fairly frequent western impressions that India is a society that engulfs its individuals in its various collective units, still the dignity and autonomy of the individual person have always been held in high value.

From the Vedic period onward, the perennial attitude of Indian culture has been that justice and righteousness among men are the most important aspect of Human life. The significance of these virtues individual can be seen with the earliest literature and becomes extremely prominent by the time of the early Upanisads (c. 600 B. C.).

Justice, in the Indian context, is a human expression of a wider universal principle of nature and if man were entirely true to nature, his actions would be spontaneously just. This Indian nature is in absolute conformity with the Baha’i Principle of Independent Investigation of Truth.

The Progress of the True Faith of Baha’u’llah in India can be classified into three Phases.

First Phase (1873 to 1957)

This phase started since 1873 when the Emissary of Baha’u’llah Jamal Effendi visited India and spread the True Faith of Baha’u’llah. The True Faith progressed leaps and bounds since then till the demise of the First guardian Shoghi Effendi.

Second Phase (1957 to 2010)

This phase started in1957, after the demise of the First Guardian Shoghi Effendi, when the Local Spiritual Assembly of Lucknow dissolved themselves. This dissolution was well accordance with the writings of Shoghi Effendi that there should be a legal reason for dissolution of any LSA. The Lucknow LSA well aware that there should a Guardian to lead the Baha’i Faith, according to the Will and Testament of Abdul Baha. That immediately after the death of the first guardian the body of the Hands should have accepted Mr. Mason Remy, the [[legally adopted]] son of Abdul Baha and the president of International Baha’i council as the second Guardian of Baha’i Faith. This was not being done and hence the dissolution.

We do not have much information what happen to the True Faith of Baha’u’llah after the Great Violations by the Hands of Cause except that the Faith was over taken by a headless body devoid of a Guardian. Not fit to be called as Baha’is. Since then this headless body, rightly called by Mason Remy as Covenant Breakers and Mr. Neal Chase as Card Carrying members inflicted untold tribulations on the True Baha’is all over the world. Well that was expected as Baha’u’llah said:”

...This oppression is the essential feature of every Revelation"

Third Phase (2010 onwards)

It was the court case which the NSA of USA slammed on the BAHA’IS UNDER THE PROVISION OF COVENANT that it got attention of the of the Followers of Baha’u’llah in India. They realized the Haifa organization cannot be the true Baha’i Faith as Baha’u’llah has prohibited to be unjust and asked the Baha’is to be just and fair in their dealings.

The Haifa sans Guardian organization used their might with power of money to suppress the voice of Justice but failed miserably as the threshold of the US legal system. The Sans guardian organization suffered untold humiliation in the defeat of the court case and at the same time the bearer of justice the Rightful Guardian of the Baha’i Faith and the Leader of BUPC came on the central stage, the World recognize his merits the descendant of King David Mr. Neal Chase

The breezes of the True Faith were felt in India as well and few pure souls started the principle of investigation of Truth. Mr. Neal Chase immediately formed a National Teaching committee of India in 2010

The committee attracted few more souls to the True Faith and Finally, the Guardian Mr. Neal Chase declared the formation of National Baha’i Council of India in March 2011.

The IBC/UHJ has approved the joint declaration of the nine adults in your nation to be the National Baha’i Council of India. Everyone was very impressed with not only the quality and spiritual caliber of all the members but also with the assessment instrument you have put together to demonstrate these qualities and attributes for others in an objective fashion.

That said - and again congratulations are in order for all – there must still be given the warning and pitfalls of establishing any administrative organ such as this at any time in the growth and devolvement of the Cause.

Seeing the success of Indian Believers Mr. Neal Chase appointed one of our members to ITC/UHJ as recognition of our services.

In 2012 The Guardian Mr. Neal Chase approved the formation of National Teaching committee of India based in Hyderabad. The two members from the NBC made their visit to Hyderabad for this work.

The sister Council of the East is the National Baha'i Council established in Mumbai, India. The Council in India and that community of that nation is the exemplar Council and exemplar peoples of the Baha'i world currently under the provisions of the Covenant in this year 2012. Salutations, Praise and the Eternal Bestowals from on High descend upon you!

Allah'u'Abha!

“The expansion of your loving community now established in the two poles of Mumbai, Maharashtra and Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh will allow for the corporal flow of spiritual and divine forces to surge forth even as the electric current and magnetic force also appears from north and south as well as anode and cathode. The twin communities of East and West in India and the United States at this time are likewise established to allow for this flow of the divine love and knowledge of God to permeate the entire creation and fulfill our spiritual destiny of establishing the Most Great Justice and upon that foundation of Justice raise the edifice of the eventual and inevitable Most Great Peace.

For now in our nations we turn within and work toward the foundations of our internal communities and the growth of local councils, local teaching centers, and community outreach to the larger population within our respective boarders. Both India and the United States are the leaders at present in this current work--and following along quickly are England, France and Russia of the EU, Canada, Alaska, Africa, South America, Asia, Syria, and the Middle East and the other important centers throughout the world. While we are veiled from many of the details and shielded from many of the implications of His Infallible Divine Plan we are all informed of what exactly each and everyone one of us are to do and accomplish through our personal receipt of our rays of the Holy Spirit and working in groups of Baha'i Consultation. "Verily God loves those that work in groups!"

The Indian Baha’is are on the way of believing”

The Headless Universal House of Justice was not a teaching of Baha'u'llah, 'Abdu'l-Baha, or Shoghi Effendi. It was foisted on the Baha'is by Ruhiyyih Khanum and the Conclave of the Hands with the passing of Shoghi Effendi. The inquisition of the "Hands" Baha'i faith is notorious for its severities in its prophesied oppression of the believers forbidding them from independently investigating the truth of the material of their violation of the Covenant, with the ploy, or red herring, by naming those that are faithful to the Covenant as Covenant-breakers, and thus having them shunned. By this maneuver they keep their deluded followers from using their intellect that God gave them and the principle of the "Independent Investigation of the Truth" that Baha'u'llah gave them, so to keep them ignorant Covenant-breakers, and from establishing Justice in the world.

In order to have Justice in the world we must have the Universal House of Justice of Baha'u'llah as found in His Covenant, and as defined by 'Abdu'l-Baha in his Will and Testament, which consists of the executive head and the legislative body. "The legislative body must reinforce the executive, the executive must aid and assist the legislative body so that through the close union and harmony of these two forces, the foundation of fairness and justice may become firm and strong, that all the regions of the world may become even as Paradise itself" (Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha, page 15). Anything else other than this is manmade and not Baha'u'llah's Universal House of Justice, and will not bring peace, or justice to the world. The Covenant-breakers did away with the executive head, replacing it with a headless monster on Mt. Carmel, and oppress their deluded followers from coming under the true House of Justice that has both the executive branch, or head, and legislative body. The true Baha'is are those that climb over this wall of oppression, and see with their own eyes and hear with their own ears and not through those of their oppressors. This test came upon the believers for they themselves to see if they were firm in the Covenant or were just going with the crowd.

With the formations of two pillars and with the active Guidance of International Baha’i Council and Prayers of Beloved Guardian Mr. Neal Chase, the day is not far that each and every followers of Baha’u’llah will join hands in letting the Guardian establish the True Faith of Baha’u’llah and the descendant of King David occupying his rightful place at the Baha’i World centre and establishing the New World Order of Baha’u’llah.

Universal House of Justice

And it shall come to pass in the latter days, that the mountain of the House of the Lord shall be established as the highest [spiritual] of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion [the place of the throne of King David] shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from [New] Jerusalem.

And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

"THE HOUSE OF THE LORD"

The Universal House of Justice of Baha'u'llah fulfills prophecy for the “House of the Lord” spoken of by the prophet Isaiah as that Universal House of Knowledge and Education sent by God and “preserved from all error” to guide all the people of the world through education and justice to that everlasting Promise of Peace – that secret of Divine Civilization – that God has vouchsafed as sacred and holy through all the prophets, messengers, and mouthpieces come in His exalted and Ineffable Name.

Singled out as Authentic – as the only Institution in the world that has the living descendant of King David as its president, the great grandson of 'Abdu'l-Baha seated upon the throne of King David which is to last forever (Psalm 89) – this House alone, the true UHJ, has the Divine Power and God given Knowledge through the “KEY of DAVID” to heal the world of all its ills and guide a wayward and forlorn humanity back out of the gloom of the darkness of war into the light of real fellowship, truth, felicity and brotherly love in the shade of the divine and holy Tree of Life – man reunited with God in the garden of God as this earth was meant to be – in fulfillment of this sacred verse:

“In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.” (Zech. 3:10 KJV)

The Universal House of Justice was revealed by Baha'u'llah, delineated by 'Abdu'l-Baha and constituted by Shoghi Effendi in a Four Stage Plan, to evolve in four phases from an embryonic state of an appointed body to an eventual efflorescence into a universally elected body from all the peoples and nations of the world. 'Abdu'l-Baha states:

“The world of government is like the world of man; he is seed at first, and then passes by degrees to the condition of embryo and foetus, acquiring a bone structure, being clothed with flesh, taking on his own special form, until at last he reaches the plane where he can befittingly fulfill the words: "the most excellent of Makers." Just as this is a requirement of creation and is based on the universal Wisdom, the world of government of the body politic in the same way cannot instantaneously evolve from the nadir of defectiveness to the zenith of rightness and perfection. Rather, qualified individuals must strive by day and by night, using all those means which will conduce to progress, until the government and the people develop along every line from day to day and even from moment to moment.

When, through the Divine bestowals, three things appear on earth, this world of dust will come alive, and stand forth wondrously adorned and full of grace. These are first, the fruitful winds of spring; second, the welling plenty of spring clouds; and third, the heat of the bright sun. When, out of the endless bounty of God, these three have been vouchsafed, then slowly, by His leave, dry trees and branches turn fresh and green again, and array themselves with many kinds of blossoms and fruits. It is the same when the pure intentions and the justice of the ruler, the wisdom and consummate skill and statecraft of the governing authorities, and the determination and unstinted efforts of the people, are all combined; then day by day the effects of the advancement, of the far-reaching reforms, of the pride and prosperity of government and people alike, will become clearly manifest.” ('Abdu'l-Baha, The Secret of Divine Civilization, pp. 107, 108)

In 1912, Abdu'l-Baha came to the United States of America, spoke before Congress in Washington DC, and indicated the prophesied spot for the establishment of his father's Universal House of Justice with the Throne of King David as its presidency in the Rocky Mountains in the United States of America. 'Abdu'l-Baha delineated his fathers Universal House of Justice in the Sacred Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha which is the CHARTER for the Kingdom of God on earth (World Order of Baha'u'llah, p. 144).

This Charter went into effect on November 28, 1921 at the moment of the ascension of 'Abdu'l-Baha. 'Abdu'l-Baha appointed his grandson Shoghi Effendi as the Executor of his Will and Testament and passed the throne of King David onto his aghsan son whom he designated was to become the first president of the Universal House of Justice. Shoghi Effendi, in fulfillment of the sacred trust placed upon him, fulfilled his mission by constituting the Universal House of Justice on January 9, 1951 in the name “First International Baha'i Council” – to evolve through four stages – and officially welcomed, 'Abdu'l-Baha's aghsan son publicly on March 2, 1951 as its first president. The sacred Charter of the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha states:

“To none is given the right to put forth his own opinion or express his particular convictions. All must turn to the Center of the Cause [Shoghi Effendi] and after him to the House of Justice [with the living Davidic king as its president and irremovable member for life]. And he that turneth unto whatsoever else is indeed in grievous error.” (W&T, p. 26)

On November 4, 1957, Shoghi Effendi unexpectedly passed on and the Council of the Universal House of Justice with 'Abdu'l-Baha's son as its president, the Executive branch, which had been in existence for 7 years prior to the passing of Shoghi Effendi was then at that moment activated with full powers. The people were easily instructed by 'Abdu'l-Baha in his Will and Testament to “seek guidance and turn unto... the House of Justice” at the moment of the passing of Shoghi Effendi (the Center of the Cause) – the very House of Justice in fact that Shoghi Effendi himself had set up with 'Abdu'l-Baha's son as its president seven years previously on January 9, 1951. Due to lack of education on these points, however, a small group of people known as the “Hands” were able to get many people to turn to themselves, the “Hands”, in deference to the UHJ which was in the world since 1951, thus fulfilling the caveat of 'Abdu'l-Baha: “And he that turneth unto whatsoever else [the “Hands”] is indeed in grievous error.” (W&T, p. 26)

In those two years, by November of 1959, the “Hands” rose to such prominence in the minds of certain uneducated people, that they were able to “seize” control of the Baha'i shrines and properties in Haifa, Israel, away from the UHJ with 'Abdu'l-Baha's son, an aghsan, as the Executive Branch, which they openly admit.

“This book of messages of the Hands of the Cause…does not pretend to be a history but rather a record of…an unpretentious group of world religious officials [The Hands] who... found themselves called upon [in opposition to the UHJ with 'Abdu'l-Baha's son presiding] to SEIZE the helm of their Faith...” (Ruhiyyih Khanum, preface, Ministry of the Custodians 1957-1963, p. xix)

They were then able to by-pass Shoghi Effendi's four stage plan of the UHJ already in existence since 1951 and separate themselves from the true Universal House of Justice. They did this by going against Shoghi Effendi and thus going against God (Will and Testament, page 11). “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”. This glaring violation of the Covenant – glaring for anyone who dares to read the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha for themselves – then took the form of a set up for a plan for a bogus headless corporation – an international assembly to be elected by national assemblies – without the Davidic Kingship as its president, and outside the provisions of the Will and Testament and in violation of Shoghi Effendi's four stage plan. Thus they came out from under the protection of the Charter, the protection of the Covenant of the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha and fell into grievous error. In a clever switcheroo they then labeled all those loyal and faithful to the Covenant and firm in every single provision of the sacred Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha who would not go along with their own violation “covenant-breakers” and brought down a great repression upon the people which is infamous in its tyranny and oppressive strong-arm tactics and violations of human rights. Thus they fell into grievous error, as was meant to be:

"This oppression is the essential feature of every Revelation [including Baha'u'llah's]. Unless it [the violation of the "Hands"] cometh to pass, the Sun of Truth will not be made manifest. For the break of the morn of divine guidance must needs follow the darkness of the night of error. " (Baha'u'llah, The Book of Certitude, p. 31)

In following along explicitly with 'Abdu'l-Baha's instructions of the Divine Plan, the Four Stage Plan of Shoghi Effendi, and the Charter of every single provision of the sacred Will and Testament of Abdu'l-Baha, the world wide community of Baha'is who remained loyal to the covenant and the living Davidic King established the Universal House of Justice on January 9, 1991 – 40 years later to the day of Shoghi Effendi's Constitution – symbolizing the 40 year period of Wilderness in the Violation. 'Abdu'l-Baha's son, an aghsan, was succeeded by his son and grandson as the second and third presidents of the Universal House of Justice which is alive and operating in the world today, the living Davidic King, the great-grandson of 'Abdu'l-Baha, being the irremovable "head and distinguished member for life of that body” (W&T, p. 14), and the twelve male and twelve female members – 24 elders – constituting the active body at this time.

In 'Abdu'l-Baha's Will and Testament, he defines the Universal House of Justice as an institution with two branches: the executive branch and the legislative branch. Only the body with both branches can be the true Universal House of Justice.

This House of Justice enacteth the laws and the government enforceth them. The legislative body must reinforce the executive, the executive must aid and assist the legislative body so that through the close union and harmony of these two forces, the foundation of fairness and justice may become firm and strong, that all the regions of the world may become even as Paradise itself. (W&T, p. 15)

The Universal House of Justice has only the legislative function; the executive power belongs to the administration department of the government [the executive branch, that is the head of the UHJ -- Davidic]… Again, I repeat, the House of Justice whether National or Universal, has only legislative power, and not executive power. For example, in Europe and America the Parliament or Congress enacts laws, while the government executes these laws. The House of Justice cannot fulfill two functions at the same time – legislative and executive… ('Abdu'l-Baha, Star of the West, Vol. 7 No. 15).

Acting in conjunction with each other these two inseparable institutions [The Executive and Legislative Branches of the UHJ] administer its affairs, coordinate its activities, promote its interests, execute its laws and defend its subsidiary institutions. Severally, each operates within a clearly defined sphere of jurisdiction; each is equipped with its own attendant institutions - instruments designed for the effective discharge of its particular responsibilities and duties. Each exercises, within the limitations imposed upon it, its powers, its authority, its rights and prerogatives. These are neither contradictory, nor detract in the slightest degree from the position which each of these institutions occupies. Far from being incompatible or mutually destructive, they supplement each other's authority and functions, and are permanently and fundamentally united in their aims.

Divorced from the institution of the Guardianship [of the living Davidic King] the World Order of Baha'u'llah's [Universal House of Justice] would be mutilated and permanently deprived of that hereditary principle [throne-line of King David] which, as Abdu'l-Baha has written, has been invariably upheld by the Law of God....Without such an institution [the hereditary Executive Branch of the UHJ] the integrity of the Faith would be imperiled, and the stability of the entire fabric would be gravely endangered. Its prestige would suffer, the means required to enable it to take a long, an uninterrupted view over a series of generations would be completely lacking, and the necessary guidance to define the sphere of the legislative action of its elected representatives would be totally withdrawn. (Shoghi Effendi, World Order of Baha'u'llah, p. 148)

This website represents the Authentic Universal House of Justice, the only one active and operating in the world today that has both the Executive branch, which is the descendant of David, and the legislative branch as constituted by Shoghi Effendi in the four stage plan. It is the CRITERIA provided by 'Abdu'l-Baha – the presence of the living descendant of King David as the president – that reveals the true House of the Lord that has the power and the ability and the functionality to amicably and conclusively resolve the problems of mankind through Education to the truth and by Knowledge of the pure and unadulterated Revelation of God for today; thereby bringing peace in an ever-needful world through justice.

For the break of the morn of divine guidance must needs follow
the darkness of the night of error.

“Few will fail to recognize that the Spirit breathed by Baha'u'llah upon the world, and which is manifesting itself with varying degrees of intensity through the efforts consciously displayed by His avowed supporters and indirectly through certain humanitarian organizations, can never permeate and exercise an abiding influence upon mankind unless and until it incarnates itself in a visible Order [the Universal House of Justice with the Davidic King as its president], which would bear His name, wholly identify itself with His principles, and function in conformity with His laws. That Baha'u'llah in His Book of Aqdas, and later Abdu'l-Baha in His Will – a document which confirms, supplements, and correlates the provisions of the Aqdas – have set forth in their entirety those essential elements for the constitution of the world Baha'i Commonwealth, no one who has read them will deny. According to these divinely-ordained administrative principles, the Dispensation of Baha'u'llah – the Ark [UHJ] of human salvation – must needs be modeled. From them, all future blessings must flow, and upon them its inviolable authority must ultimately rest.”
