Any historical ingenious theories of essential racial superiority, which many people still embrace, can not survive investigation nor the inquisitive examination of a sincere seeker. Foundations of racial superiority prove to be nothing more than expressions of national or racial conceit and pomposity, when considered without egoism or prejudice. There is simply no known fact of human anatomy or physiology which implies that the capacity for culture of civilization inheres in one race or another race of mankind. The strength of a living society depends upon the unity of its millions of diversified individuals in a common ideology, which must be excellently suited to the needs and conditions of that society. The science of Anthropology has revealed to us our common ancestry. Beyond doubt it has proved totally and conclusively that the human race, though varying in color, size, and feature, is not made up of different kinds and species. Humanity is one, Homo Sapiens, MAN. We are one people from the same origin and with the same history.

"In every dispensation the light of divine guidance has been focused upon one central theme.... In this wondrous Revelation, this glorious center, the foundation of Faith of God and the distinguishing feature of His Law, is the consciousness of the oneness of mankind." 'Abdu'l-Baha

Long experience is at last convincing men of the truth of the prophetic teaching that selfish views and selfish actions inevitably bring social disaster, and that if humanity is not to perish ingloriously, each must look on the things of his neighbor as of equal importance with his own, and subordinate his own interests to those of humanity as a whole. In this way the interests of each and all will ultimately be best served.

"That which the lord hath ordained as the sovereign remedy and mightiest instrument for the healing of all the world is the union of all its people in one universal Cause, one common Faith. This can in no wise be achieved except through the power of a skilled, an all-powerful and inspired Physician. This, verily, is the truth, and all else naught but error." Baha'u'llah

We are all fruits of one tree, the leaves of one branch, the flowers of one garden. This is most characteristic of Bahá'u'lláh's teachings onto us. The unity of mankind and of all created beings by God is the main theme of his teachings. Every member of the human family, whether of the peoples or of the governments, cities or nations, have become increasingly interdependent. For none, is self sufficiency any longer possible, in as much as political ties unite all people and nations, and the bonds of trade and industry, of agriculture and education, are being strengthened every day. Therefore, the unity and oneness of all mankind can in this day be achieved. The whole of mankind is groaning, yearning to be lead to unity and to terminate its age long martyrdom for oneness. It yet stubbornly refuses to embrace the light and acknowledge the sovereign authority of the one Power that can extricate it from its entanglements. Our human society is now close to approaching the stage which the unification of the whole of mankind can be realized. All of mankind is but of one origin, our Shepherd is the Loving God. Upon us are bestowed His Most Great mercies, for we are considered as one fold. The highest and most excelling grace bestowed upon men is the grace of 'attaining unto the Presence of God' and of His recognition, which has been promised unto all people. This is the utmost degree of grace vouchsafed unto man by the All-Bountiful, the Ancient of Days, and the fullness of His absolute bounty upon His Creation. In human nature, there is a spiritual and intellectual potentiality for development of a higher and higher form of social order. This order itself may reach its ultimate-size and shape with the boundaries of the planet, which is in a world order, but development within that final commonwealth is unlimited. The very nature of things is in the realization of the inner potentialities of man himself towards spiritual evolvement and enlightenment. Before us is unfolded a principle of oneness among mankind. From family life to tribal life, to city to state, to provinces, kingdoms, and nations, a veil has been lifted from our hearts, that we, all races of mankind, can come together as one, united together. No longer as races of men, but as a race of mankind united in oneness and in brother-hood.

The wonderful essence of Baha'u'llah's Revelation is the oneness of mankind. This Revelation is summed up in 12 basic principles, each represented by a stone in the book of Revelation. "The foundation of the city wall was ornate with precious stones of every sort: the first course of stones was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh hyacinth, and the twelfth amythest" (Rev. 21:19, 20). These represent 12 basic principles which the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, rests (the Kingdom of God on Earth as it is in Heaven). These are most remarkably correlated to the 12 precious foundation stones of the New Jerusalem of St. John's vision regarding their spiritual significance and their colors, for they are spiritual symbols and not material stones, as 'Abdu'l-Baha has said. The principles of the Teachings of Baha'u'llah should be carefully studied, one by one, until they are realized and understood by mind and heart - so will you become strong followers of the light, truly spiritual, heavenly soldiers of God, acquiring and spreading the true civilization in Persia, in Europe, and in the whole world. This will be the paradise which is to come on earth, when all mankind will be gathered together under the tent of unity in the Kingdom of Glory. (`Abdu'l-Baha: Paris Talks*, Page: 22) These Holy Words and teachings are the remedy for the body politic, the divine prescription and real cure for the disorders which afflict the world. Therefore, we must accept and partake of this healing remedy in order that complete recovery may be assured. Every soul who lives according to the teachings of Baha'u'llah is free from the ailments and indispositions which prevail throughout the world of humanity; otherwise, selfish disorders, intellectual maladies, spiritual sicknesses, imperfections and vices will surround him, and he will not receive the life-giving bounties of God. Baha'u'llah is the real Physician. He has diagnosed human conditions and indicated the necessary treatment. The essential principles of His healing remedies are the knowledge and love of God, severance from all else save God, turning our faces in sincerity toward the Kingdom of God, implicit faith, firmness and fidelity, loving-kindness toward all creatures and the acquisition of the divine virtues indicated for the human world. These are the fundamental principles of progress, civilization, international peace and the unity of mankind. These are the essentials of Baha'u'llah's teachings, the secret of everlasting health, the remedy and healing for man. It is my hope that you may assist in healing the sick body of the world through these teachings so that eternal radiance may illumine all the nations of mankind. Beware !!! Covenant-Breakers are among us !

Whenever a Promised One of God makes his appearance, the people are either unaware that a Promised One was to come in their time, and/or are confused as to the true interpretation of the prophecies which he claims to fulfill. Thus they turn to their clergies (those corrupters and usurpers of God’s religions) for guidance. These corrupters deflect the seeker from the Promised One for usurpation reasons, with misinformation, disinformation, and downright lies. That is how Jesus got nailed to the cross. The corruptors build the tombs of the prophets and adorn the monuments of the righteous, but reject and persecute those who are sent to them.
The clergy in the Baha’i faith are the corrupters who, without any divine authority, usurped the Baha’i administration. They lied to the believers, telling them that the Guardianship, that is to exist forever, had come to an end. Then, with the threat of expulsion, they forbid them to investigate the matter for themselves, the same as the violators of every previous religion of God have done.
In order to take over the Baha’i administration they violated every provision of the Sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha. These Covenant-breakers then set up a ruling body, created out of the figments of their own imagination--a “headless handless Universal House of Justice (UHJ)”--as found of the back of the Hopi Fire Clan Tablet. This “headless handless body” is alien and in opposition to the plan of God, the continuation of King David’s line of descent seated on the throne of David that is to exist forever. This line of descent is entitled the living Guardian, as delineated in ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s Will and Testament, and is displayed on the front side of the Hopi Tablet.
These descendants, “the Guardians of the Cause of God,” are to guard the Baha’i faith from perversion by being the expounders of the words of God. In order for these corrupters to usurp the divine authority of the faith, the craftily performed a Guardianectomy. They then were able to mislead the Baha’is by giving them misinformation, disinformation and downright lies in the place of the divine guidance assured us in the Will and Testament by the line of descent of Baha’u’llah--the Guardians. To be separated from the Guardian is to be separated from God (Will and Testament, p. 11).
Up until the time of this great perversion of the Baha’i faith, there didn’t seem to be any need for the God-promised establisher of the Kingdom of God. But by the corrupters of the Baha’i revelation and the breaking of Baha’u’llah’s Covenant, separating the Baha’is from their Guardian and thus separating them from God, the advent of the divine establisher of “THE KINGDOM” becomes the central need in the world today.
The Covenant-breakers are very aware that an establisher is prophesied to come in 1963. ‘Abdu’l-Baha explained the fulfillment of Daniel’s prophecy that states: “Blessed is he that waiteth and cometh to the 1335 days.” he “reckoned the fulfillment of Daniel’s prophecy from the date of the beginning [victory] of the Muhammadan era [628 A.D.] 133 + 628 = 1963. “‘Abdu’l-Baha’s tablet makes it clear that this prophecy refers to the one-hundredth anniversary of the Declaration of Baha’u’llah in Baghdad, of the year 1963.” The Covenant-breakers, in deflecting their followers from the Promised One, mislead them into believing this refers to their establishing their corrupted version of the Universal House of Justice. But this is very damaging and unacceptable. First of all the Promised One is to establish the KINGDOM, and the Covenant-breakers did away with the Kingdom when they did away with the Guardian and established a headless, kingless Republic instead--a headless kingless body. They separated themselves and their followers from the king seated on the throne of David, entitled the Guardian, that is to exists forever. Besides, ‘Abdu’l-Baha makes it very clear that this establisher is not that “headless handless” UHJ, but a man. In explaining the 11th chapter of the book of Revelation, ‘Abdu’l-Baha tells us in Some Answered Questions (http://page10publishers.com/books-literature.html) that the prophesied “seventh angel is a man qualified with heavenly attributes, who will arise with heavenly qualities and character” and will establish the Kingdom:
“And the seventh angel sounded: and there were voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of the Lord, and His Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.”
‘Abdu’l-Baha explains:
“The seventh angel is a man qualified with heavenly attributes, who will arise, so that the appearance of the Divine manifestation will be proclaimed and diffused....meaning that the Spiritual and everlasting Kingdom will be established (p. 66, 1968 printing; pp. 56-57 in later editions of Some Answered Questions).
WHO IS THE SEVENTH ANGEL? He started his mission in 1963. Do you know him? He is also the prophesied Bahana who has the cornerstone of the Hopi Fire Clan Tablet. he doesn’t come empty-handed, but with proofs. Investigate! INVESTIGATE!
Don’t turn to the Covenant-breakers (those who masquerade under the name of “the Baha’i Faith”). They don’t have the Divine guidance of either a Guardian or the promised One.
Avoid entirely the Covenant-breakers. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Outwardly they appear righteous, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves intent upon their prey. Their very breath is rank poison and deadly unto hellfire. They don’t enter the Kingdom themselves and they prevent them who would enter from coming in.
The guidance of the 7th angel (http://entrybytroops.uhj.net) is of the utmost importance for survival. Those who rejected Noah went down in the flood. Those who rejected Moses and Joshua went down in the Red Sea. Those who rejected Jesus and Paul were hacked to pieces by the Roman legions. Today, those who reject he Promised One are for the great catastrophe that is upon us.

(Naw-Ruz, to be celebrated on the day of the exact moment of the Vernal or Spring Equinox, is the first day of the Baha'i year. Occurs usually between March 19-21 Gregorian)

Praised be Thou, O my God, that Thou hast ordained Naw-Ruz as a festival unto those who have observed the fast for love of Thee and abstained from all that is abhorrent unto Thee. Grant, O my Lord, that the fire of Thy love and the heat produced by the fast enjoined by Thee may inflame them in Thy Cause, and make them to be occupied with Thy praise and with remembrance of Thee.

Since thou hast adorned them, O my Lord, with the ornament of the fast prescribed by Thee, do Thou adorn them also with the ornament of Thine acceptance, through Thy grace and bountiful favor. For the doings of men are all dependent upon Thy good-pleasure, and are conditioned by Thy behest. Shouldst Thou regard him who hath broken the fast as one who hath observed it, such a man would be reckoned among them who from eternity had been keeping the fast. And shouldst Thou decree that he who hath observed the fast hath broken it, that person would be numbered with such as have caused the Robe of Thy Revelation to be stained with dust, and been far removed from the crystal waters of this living Fountain.

Holy Day: Naw-Ruz, 174 B.E. (3/20-21/2017)

Naw-Rúz is the first day of the new year. It coincides with the spring equinox in the northern hemisphere, which usually occurs on 21 March. Bahá’u’lláh explains: “The Festival of Naw-Rúz falleth on the day that the sun entereth the sign of Aries, [The vernal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere] even should this occur no more than one minute before sunset.”

This year the sun enters the constellation of Aries at 6:29 am Eastern Time (U.S.) on Monday, March 20, 2017.

The Fast period ends at the begining of the Baha’i day at sunset, Ala’ 18, 173 B.E./Sunday, March 19, 2017.

The Baha’i Holy Day of Naw-Ruz is celebrated from 6:29 am U.S. Eastern Time on March 20, 2017 until sunset on March 21, 2017 corresponding to the Baha’i dates of Ala’ 19, 173 B.E. through Baha’ 1, 174 B.E.

Prayer For Naw-Ruz Revealed By Baha’u’llah

THESE are the days of Naw-Rúz. I am always thinking of those kind friends! I beg for each and all of you confirmations and assistance from the threshold of oneness, so that those gatherings may become ignited like unto candles, in the republics of America, enkindling the light of the love of God in the hearts; thus the rays of the heavenly teachings may begem and brighten the states of America like the infinitude of immensity with the stars of the Most Great Guidance.

Because the ground is rich, the rain of the divine outpouring is descending. Now you must become heavenly farmers and scatter pure seeds in the prepared soil. The harvest of every other seed is limited, but the bounty and the blessing of the seed of the divine teachings is unlimited. Throughout the coming centuries and cycles many harvests will be gathered. Consider the work of former generations. During the lifetime of Jesus Christ the believing, firm souls were few and numbered, but the heavenly blessings descended so plentifully that in a number of years countless souls entered beneath the shadow of the Gospel. God has said in the Qur’án: “One grain will bring forth seven sheaves, and every sheaf shall contain one hundred grains.” (Quran 2:261) In other words, one grain will become seven hundred; and if God so wills He will double these also. It has often happened that one blessed soul has become the cause of the guidance of a nation. Now we must not consider our ability and capacity, nay, rather, we must fix our gaze upon the favors and bounties of God, in these days, Who has made of the drop a sea, and of the atom a sun.

Abdu’l-Baha’-Tablets Of The Divine Plan

A FEW days ago an epistle was written to those divine believers, but because these days are the days of Naw-Rúz, you have come to my mind and I am sending you this greeting for this glorious feast. All the days are blessed, but this feast is the national fête of Persia. The Persians have been holding it for several thousand years past. In reality every day which man passes in the mention of God, the diffusion of the fragrances of God and calling the people to the Kingdom of God, that day is his feast. Praise be to God that you are occupied in the service of the Kingdom of God and are engaged in the promulgation of the religion of God by day and by night. Therefore all your days are feast days. There is no doubt that the assistance and the bestowal of God shall descend upon you.

One of the holy Manifestations, addressing a believing soul, has said that, if a person become the cause of the illumination of one soul, it is better than a boundless treasury. “O ‘Alí! If God guide, through thee, one soul, it is better for thee than all the riches!” Again He says, “Direct us to the straight path!” (Quran 1:6) that is, Show us the right road. It is also mentioned in the Gospel: Travel ye to all parts of the world and give ye the glad tidings of the appearance of the Kingdom of God. (Mark 16:15)

In brief, I hope you will display in this respect the greatest effort and magnanimity. It is assured that you will become assisted and confirmed. A person declaring the glad tidings of the appearance of the realities and significances of the Kingdom is like unto a farmer who scatters pure seeds in the rich soil. The spring cloud will pour upon them the rain of bounty, and unquestionably the station of the farmer will be raised in the estimation of the lord of the village, and many harvests will be gathered.

Therefore, ye friends of God! Appreciate ye the value of this time and be ye engaged in the sowing of the seeds, so that you may find the heavenly blessing and the lordly bestowal.

Upon you be Bahá’u’l-Abhá!

Spiritual Springtime

Do ye know in what cycle ye are created and in what age ye exist? This is the age of the Blessed Perfection and this is the time of the Greatest Name! This is the century of the Manifestation, the age of the Sun of the Horizons and the beautiful springtime of His Holiness the Eternal One!

The earth is in motion and growth; the mountains, hills and prairies are green and pleasant; the bounty is overflowing; the mercy universal; the rain is descending from the cloud of mercy; the brilliant Sun is shining; the full moon is ornamenting the horizon of ether; the great ocean-tide is flooding every little stream; the gifts are successive; the favors consecutive; and the refreshing breeze is blowing, wafting the fragrant perfume of the blossoms. Boundless treasure is in the hand of the King of Kings! Lift the hem of thy garment in order to receive it.

If we are not happy and joyous at this season, for what other season shall we wait and for what other time shall we look?

This is the time for growing; the season for joyous gathering! Take the cup of the Testament in thy hand; leap and dance with ecstasy in the triumphal procession of the Covenant! Lay your confidence in the everlasting bounty, turn to the presence of the generous God; ask assistance from the Kingdom of Abhá; seek confirmation from the Supreme World; turn thy vision to the horizon of eternal wealth; and pray for help from the Source of Mercy!

Soon shall ye see the friends attaining their longed-for destination and pitching their tents, while we are but in the first day of our journey.

This period of time is the Promised Age, the assembling of the human race to the “Resurrection Day” and now is the great “Day of Judgment.” Soon the whole world, as in springtime, will change its garb. The turning and falling of the autumn leaves is past; the bleakness of the winter time is over. The new year [Naw-Rúz] hath appeared and the spiritual springtime is at hand. The black earth is becoming a verdant garden; the deserts and mountains are teeming with red flowers; from the borders of the wilderness the tall grasses are standing like advance guards before the cypress and jessamine trees; while the birds are singing among the rose branches like the angels in the highest heavens, announcing the glad-tidings of the approach of that spiritual spring, and the sweet music of their voices is causing the real essence of all things to move and quiver.

“And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ; and He shall reign for ever and ever.” (Rev. 11:15)

The seventh angel is a man [Dr. Leland Jensen] qualified with heavenly attributes, who will arise with heavenly qualities and character. Voices will be raised, so that the appearance of the Divine Manifestation will be proclaimed and diffused. The Davidic Genealogy of Baha'u'llah

‘Abdu’l-Baha who was Baha'u'llah's son, who was a descendant of King David and sat on the throne of King David, had an only natural son who died in infancy. This would have brought King David's lineage through ‘Abdu’l-Baha to an end, so ‘Abdu’l-Baha adopted Mason Remey to be his son, replacing his natural son. This was necessary as David's lineage seated on the throne was to last forever (Psalms 89: http://uhj.net/genealogy/genealogy-of-christ.html ), ‘Abdu’l-Baha's Aghsan (Branches) were to be the guardians of the Baha'i faith, seated on the throne of David as presidents of the UHJ. This adoption was a legal adoption according to the laws of two empires that had ruled Palestine (The Ottoman and the British) before it became the state of Israel. This was also according to the laws of the state of Israel.

When 'Abdu'l-Baha adopted Mason Remey to succeed him to the throne of David as his son, this was legal and binding. According to the laws of the Ottoman Empire of the Middle East that ruled over Palestine before it became the State of Israel, the adoption law was that when a man called another person his son, this was a legal adoption. Then the British mandate that succeeded the Ottoman Empire retained the adoption laws of the Ottoman Empire as legal and binding under their rule. Then for the Israeli government the law for adoption has remained the same. If a man calls another his son and leaves him a token to show inheritance (whether it be a stick or a stone or something), then the adoption is legal and binding. When 'Abdu'l-Baha proclaimed that Mason was his son (privately, publicly and in letters published in Star of the West Magazine), these were not "vague terms of affection but expressed the precise legal relationship which had been created between them." Here is cited the law of adoption in the Middle East (from Ottoman times to the present) upheld in the Israeli Supreme Court on June 22, 1960, long after 'Abdu'l-Baha adopted Mason to be his son.

“This idea of equating adopted children with natural children in matters of succession is well expressed in a responsum of Rabbi Jacob Emden which the learned Judge cited in another decision, In re Succession of the late Yoseph Blum deceased (4) (at pp. 161), as follows: “If he rears the child for the glory of God the child is certainly to be regarded as his child and not only in lineage, but even where the child had parents and is being brought up by the stranger as a meritorious act, if the latter has no children ['Abdu'l-Baha had no living natural sons] and is bringing up the child to be his son to succeed him and they address each other as father and son" (response of Yavetz, Part 1, section 168). So also with the deceased in the present case: He reared the child as his daughter to succeed him, and she called him “father” and he called her “daughter.” These were not vague terms of affection but expressed the precise legal relationship which had been created between them--at any rate with respect to the matter of succession.”” (Selected Judgments from the Israeli Supreme Court Vol. III, pp. 426-427).

Shoghi Effendi recognized ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s adoption of Mason as true and legal. Immediately after the death of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, Shoghi Effendi sent Mason Remey a “package of ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s most sacred possession,” which was left to Shoghi to give to Mason Remey as his inheritance: “locks of Baha’u’llah’s hair” (which represents the headship of the IBC/UHJ) and “drops of his coagulated blood” (which represents the bloodline of David and Baha’u’llah). On the outside of the package Shoghi Effendi addressed it to ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s “dear son” whom he later appointed to the headship of the IBC/UHJ. The hair and blood are the tokens of inheritance. “‘Abdu’l-Baha’s most prized possession” shows the evidence of the “legal adoption passed on from father to son”--’Abdu’l-Baha to Mason. This type of direct evidence of a token is called “institutive evidence:”

“Institutive evidence is that which is created or adopted as a memorial of a fact and for the purpose of being evidence of the fact. The stone set up for a boundary; the giving and receiving of a clod of earth or a twig in livery of seizing as evidence or the transfer of the title [etc]....”(Sagebeer, The Bible in Court, p. 104).

“The master gave Mr. Remey what no one else ever received--relics of the Blood and Hair of Baha’u’llah; in the East this act symbolizes Mr. Remey’s adoption as a Son by ‘Abdu’l-Baha and his becoming a member of the Holy Family.” (Questions and Answers about Charles Mason Remey and the Baha’i Faith by F.C. Thus Shoghi Effendi brought Mason Remey to Haifa and instituted him into the Holy Family. He sat him at the dinner table of the Holy Family, next to himself, the seat of Honor, at his right. He entered the shrines directly behind Shoghi and then the other people followed. At functions of State, such as the funeral of Ben Gurian, with Shoghi leading the procession, Mason walked directly behind him. Then when Shoghi set up the IBC/UHJ he appointed Mason, ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s son, to be its the head--president--for only ‘Abdu’l-Baha son, a male descendant of King David, could sit upon the throne of David, that Baha’u’llah moved from Nur to Mt. Carmel. Baha’u’llah’s father sat upon the throne of David and Baha’u’llah “the Great Prince” inherited that throne: “At that time shall arise Michael (one like God), the great prince [Davidic] who has charge of your people” (Dan. 12)--that inherited that throne.

O ye the elected representatives of the people in every land!

Take ye counsel together, and let your concern be only for that which profiteth mankind and bettereth the condition thereof, if ye be of them that scan heedfully. Regard the world as the human body which, though at its creation whole and perfect, hath been afflicted, through various causes, with grave disorders and maladies. Not for one day did it gain ease, nay its sickness waxed more severe, as it fell under the treatment of ignorant physicians, who gave full rein to their personal desires and have erred grievously. And if, at one time, through the care of an able physician, a member of that body was healed, the rest remained afflicted as before. Thus informeth you the All-Knowing, the All-Wise.

We behold it, in this day, at the mercy of rulers so drunk with pride that they cannot discern clearly their own best advantage, much less recognize a Revelation so bewildering and challenging as this. And whenever any one of them hath striven to improve its condition, his motive hath been his own gain, whether confessedly so or not; and the unworthiness of this motive hath limited his power to heal or cure.

That which the Lord hath ordained as the sovereign remedy and mightiest instrument for the healing of all the world is the union of all its peoples in one universal Cause, one common Faith. This can in no wise be achieved except through the power of a skilled, an all-powerful and inspired Physician. This, verily, is the truth, and all else naught but error. Each time that Most Mighty Instrument hath come, and that Light shone forth from the Ancient Dayspring, He was withheld by ignorant physicians who, even as clouds, interposed themselves between Him and the world. It failed, therefore, to recover, and its sickness hath persisted until this day. They indeed were powerless to protect it, or to effect a cure, whilst He Who hath been the Manifestation of Power amongst men was withheld from achieving His purpose, by reason of what the hands of the ignorant physicians have wrought.

Consider these days in which He Who is the Ancient Beauty hath come in the Most Great Name, that He may quicken the world and unite its peoples. They, however, rose up against Him with sharpened swords, and committed that which caused the Faithful Spirit to lament, until in the end they imprisoned Him in the most desolate of cities, and broke the grasp of the faithful upon the hem of His robe. Were anyone to tell them: “The World Reformer is come”, they would answer and say: “Indeed it is proven that He is a fomenter of discord!”, and this notwithstanding that they have never associated with Him, and have perceived that He did not seek, for one moment, to protect Himself. At all times He was at the mercy of the wicked doers. At one time they cast Him into prison, at another they banished Him, and at yet another hurried Him from land to land. Thus have they pronounced judgement against Us, and God, truly, is aware of what I say. Such men are reckoned by God among the most ignorant of His creatures. They cut off their own limbs and perceive it not; they deprive themselves of that which is best for them, and know it not. They are even as a young child who can distinguish neither the mischief-maker from the reformer nor the wicked from the righteous. We behold them in this Day wrapt in a palpable veil.

O ye rulers of the earth! Wherefore have ye clouded the radiance of the Sun, and caused it to cease from shining? Hearken unto the counsel given you by the Pen of the Most High, that haply both ye and the poor may attain unto tranquillity and peace. We beseech God to assist the kings of the earth to establish peace on earth. He, verily, doth what He willeth.

O kings of the earth! We see you increasing every year your expenditures, and laying the burden thereof on your subjects. This, verily, is wholly and grossly unjust. Fear the sighs and tears of this Wronged One, and lay not excessive burdens on your peoples. Do not rob them to rear palaces for yourselves; nay rather choose for them that which ye choose for yourselves. Thus We unfold to your eyes that which profiteth you, if ye but perceive. Your people are your treasures. Beware lest your rule violate the commandments of God, and ye deliver your wards to the hands of the robber. By them ye rule, by their means ye subsist, by their aid ye conquer. Yet, how disdainfully ye look upon them! How strange, how very strange!

Now that ye have refused the Most Great Peace, hold ye fast unto this, the Lesser Peace, that haply ye may in some degree better your own condition and that of your dependents.

O rulers of the earth! Be reconciled among yourselves, that ye may need no more armaments save in a measure to safeguard your territories and dominions. Beware lest ye disregard the counsel of the All-Knowing, the Faithful.

Be united, O kings of the earth, for thereby will the tempest of discord be stilled amongst you, and your peoples find rest, if ye be of them that comprehend. Should any one among you take up arms against another, rise ye all against him, for this is naught but manifest justice. Thus did We exhort you in the Tablet sent down aforetime, and We admonish you once again to follow that which hath been revealed by Him Who is the Almighty, the All-Wise. Should anyone seek refuge with you, extend unto him your protection and betray him not. Thus doth the Pen of the Most High counsel you, as bidden by Him Who is the All-Knowing, the All-Informed.

Beware lest ye act as did the King of Islám (The Sultan of Turkey) when We came unto him at his bidding. His ministers pronounced judgement against Us with such injustice that all creation lamented and the hearts of those who are nigh unto God were consumed. The winds of self and passion move them as they will, and We found them all bereft of constancy. They are, indeed, of those that are far astray.

THE All-Knowing Physician hath His finger on the pulse of mankind. He perceiveth the disease, and prescribeth, in His unerring wisdom, the remedy. Every age hath its own problem, and every soul its particular aspiration. The remedy the world needeth in its present-day afflictions can never be the same as that which a subsequent age may require. Be anxiously concerned with the needs of the age ye live in, and centre your deliberations on its exigencies and requirements.

We can well perceive how the whole human race is encompassed with great, with incalculable afflictions. We see it languishing on its bed of sickness, sore-tried and disillusioned. They that are intoxicated by self-conceit have interposed themselves between it and the Divine and infallible Physician. Witness how they have entangled all men, themselves included, in the mesh of their devices. They can neither discover the cause of the disease, nor have they any knowledge of the remedy. They have conceived the straight to be crooked, and have imagined their friend an enemy.

Incline your ears to the sweet melody of this Prisoner. Arise, and lift up your voices, that haply they that are fast asleep may be awakened. Say: O ye who are as dead! The Hand of Divine bounty proffereth unto you the Water of Life. Hasten and drink your fill. Whoso hath been re-born in this Day, shall never die; whoso remaineth dead, shall never live.
